By April, the90 Day Fiancecouplewere again on the outs, and Martson filed for divorce a second time.
Martson now believes that Smith married her for a green card.
Smith is forbidden from making contact with her, per the terms of the protection from abuse order.
For her part, Martson says she has completely washed her hands of her ex.
“I don’t really care if he’s deported,” she toldUs Weekly.
“I just want him to leave me alone.”
