Amy Schumerhas made no secret of her fertility struggles.
The couple already have one child, 9-month-old Gene Attell Fischer.
Schumer recently underwent her first egg retrieval and updated fans with the rather surprising results in anInstagram post.
“So ivf went like this for us,” wrote Schumer.
“They retrieved 35 eggs from me.
Not bad for the old gal right?
Newsnoted that this is a particularly excellent result for a 38-year-old.
The comedian previously asked others to share their infertility experiences, which they did in an earlierInstagram post.
She added, “So many women go through many rounds of ivf which is painful and mentally grueling.
It has been really encouraging.
I read them when I can’t sleep or have time.”
