A lot has changed since the 2019 CMT Awards but not everything.
Ashley McBryde and Kane Brown will be joined byModern FamilyactressSarah Hylandon October 21, according toThe Boot.
The outlet reports that while the hosts will be live, portions of the night’s events are pre-taped.
In a statement, the CMT Awards show producers explained their choices.
Meanwhile, Brown will also perform on Wednesday night and he could take home an award.
She added, “Luckily, it’s not all about me.
It’s about celebrating badass music videos and the brilliant men and women that help us create them.”
She also promised the night would be “a blast!”
