The new couple apparently started their relationship on a long distance basis.
Surprisingly, however, the actress has gone public and confirmed the engagement.
She even joked about having never imagined herself marrying somebody who “threw balls for a living.”
In fact, Woodley confirmed the two have actually been engaged for longer than people realize.
“I don’t know him as a football guy.
He just happens to also be very good at sports,” she explained.
“They are very happy together.
It’s not surprising he proposed so fast.
