Little People, Big World’s Zach and Tori Roloff’s family just got a new member!

In the post announcing the birth, Tori also revealed the baby’s name: Lilah Ray.
According toBehind The Name, the name Lilah is derived from an Arabic word that means “night.”
The nameRay, on the other hand, is a typically masculine name meaning “beam of light.”
After all, they did tellPeopleshe was the “perfect addition” to their family.
In the same clip, she even mentions the name Lilah perhaps doling out a self-fulfilling prophecy.
In fact, Jackson is most commonly a surname.
Jennifer Moss, CEO of babynames.com, believes the reason for this trend is the growing interest in genealogy.

Cute as that is, wordplay wasn’t the only reason the couple chose the name.
