Erin Andrewsis one of the most recognizable faces in all of sports journalism.
How has she grown and changed over the years, and what are her plans for the future?
And how did adversity change her in her most troubling times?

This is the stunning transformation of Erin Andrews.
“My dad is recognized here more than I am,” Andrews toldTampa Magazine.
“I can’t go inside a college sports bar,” she continued.

“It gets pretty obscene.”
“I grew up a daddy’s girl,” she recalled in an interview withElle.
Our girl was hooked out of the gate!

“I never played sports,” she continued.
“I was always a spectator, but it was something I really loved doing.”
Suffice to say, her life’s path was becoming very clear.

She noted, “I didn’t enjoy high school.”
“But I got Manute.”
Well, who’s laughing all the way to the bank now?

She was off to Gator country at the University of Florida (UF).
“I knew ESPN would be covering strong teams and I wanted to see that coverage up close.”
Andrews graduated from UF with a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications in 2000, according to theirwebsite.

Seven years later, she was honored with the University of Florida’s Outstanding Young Alumni Award.
If so, you probably know it’s not always easy.
She was hired as a rink-side hockey correspondent for the Tampa Bay Lightning.

“It could have been just a really rough go for me,” she continued.
“They were so welcoming and wonderful to me.”
Distraught, Andrews called her parents to solicit their advice.

So before the hockey season was over, Andrews tearfully tendered her resignation.
After two years with Turner, with no renewed contract in hand, Andrews pitched herself to ESPN.
Naturally, when she found out about the violation, Andrews was hysterical.

Nobody’s ever going to take me seriously again.'"
“But this is a chance for me to just get better.”
You have to admire her ambition!

Our girl was diversifying her career!
She then proceeded to start “bawling like a child.”
“June 24th was so perfect,” she wrote in a post on herInstagrampage.

“Can we do it again next [weekend]?”
Congrats, you two lovebirds!
So how is it that Andrews manages to stay in such killer shape while surrounded by steak and appetizers?

“That is the way I have programmed myself.”
“I just make a run at be really smart with it,” she continued.
“I don’t need to finish my whole meal.

But I’m not someone who starves herself, either.”
Sounds like Andrews will now learnwhat happens to your body when you stop wearing high heels.
On top of that, hostingDancing with the Starsmade her a household name for millions of people.

“We tell each other everything.”
That is exceedingly wholesome, and we’re here for all of it.
Will Erin Andrews and her husband have children one day?

That wasn’t necessarily a bad thing, either, despite the awful diagnosis.
“We hadn’t even been discussing marriage.
We hadn’t discussed babies!”
After that, they kind of had to have those conversations.
We wish you all the best on your journey, Erin!
