Why would you do that?”
She went on, “People ask me to sign that [picture] a lot.”
She explained, “to have an opportunity to be my real 40-something self, post-children, you know?
Women aren’t really having the courage to do that.
I was just excited to say, ‘This is what it is, peeps.
You did it like that?’
Even my American accent, I can’t listen to it.
It’s awful.”
She goes on to say, “Hopefully it’s so much better now.
It sounds terribly self-indulgent, but actors do tend to be very self-critical.
