Before going to Virginia, Arie reportedly called Lauren to see if their connection was still there.
Clearly there was because, once he got there, the two agreed to give their relationship another shot.
He did, after all, propose to another woman, Becca Kufrin, during the season finale.

He added that he “can’t imagine a life without you.
It was all worth it in the end because Lauren said “definitely.”

The wedding wasn’t just a one-night affair, however.

Lauren suffered a miscarriage in May 2020, as the couple revealed to fans in aYouTubevideo.
“It’s been a roller coaster of emotions,” Arie confessed in the video.

The couple decided to share news of their miscarriage with the world in hopes of helping others.
