“Thankfully, in business, we work great together.”

“But I learned a lot.

“I always find properties that are a hot mess.

Every single time,” Turner revealed.
“[Jenkins] shakes his head like, ‘What in the world is this?’
And I say, ‘I don’t know, you figure it out.’
