Dr. Jill Biden is not exactly a stranger to the American people.

“I want people to value teachers and know their contributions and to lift up the profession.”
During her husband’s time as vice president, she was a professor at Northern Virginia Community College.
President Obama’s administration archive notes that Dr. Biden has long been an advocate for community college.
In August 2020, Dr. Bidenproudly tweeted: “Teaching is not what I do.
It’s who I am.”
